Mukesh Kumar Gupta, born on 06-07-1962, is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background. He completed his B. Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University in 1982, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management in 1987.
He later pursued a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from Delhi University in 1991, emphasizing both civil and criminal laws, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from H.P. University in 1997. Mukesh began his professional journey as a Head Clerk at J.P.M. Senior Secondary School for the Blind in New Delhi, serving from December 1983 to January 1992.
The majority of his illustrious career was spent at The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), where he climbed the ranks from an Administrative Officer in 1992 to becoming the Joint Director in charge of Administration by 2022, before his retirement in July of that year.
Throughout his tenure at NIESBUD, Mukesh played pivotal roles such as the Transparency Official and Public Information Officer under the RTI Act of 2005. Recognized for his hard work, dedication, and exceptional communication skills, he excels in areas like Administration, Finance, Training, and Business Development.
Post his formal retirement, Mukesh, with his profound knowledge of criminal and civil laws, is now associated with G&A law chambers since long. He actively represents clients, offering his expertise in both civil disputes and criminal defenses, in various District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.
